About Us / Who We Are In Dentistry
CADC is operated by volunteer dentists with years of experience in dentistry and dental plan interpretation. We are the only dental consulting organization in Canada with members who are dentists, dental plan sponsors and those working in the area of dental claims and plan design.
Our goal is two-fold: to provide communication opportunities to our members and to advance their knowledge of emerging changes to better serve the interests of dentistry, dental benefit plan sponsors, patients and third-party administrators.

Dr. Azmat serves as the Managing Director at Sun Health Claims Management Services, leveraging over 2 decades of dedicated expertise in dental consulting. Farhan’s extensive expertise lies in dental consulting across a spectrum of employers, PPOs, HMOs, and TPAs. With a strong educational foundation in dentistry and an ongoing pursuit of knowledge, Farhan is working towards his Master’s degree in Health Administration. In his leisure hours, Farhan cherishes quality time with his wife and 3 children and their feline companion.

Dr. Sandy Tse, B.Sc., M.Sc., DDS
Dr. Sandy Tse, CADC Membership Co-Ordinator
Dr. Tse graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1987 and has been a practising dentist in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area since then. He serves as a dental consultant for various insurance companies for the past 13 years and volunteers his time in a charity clinic for the homeless. He enjoys hiking and of the many pastime activities, his favourite is to research and plan trips to different corners of the world with his wife and children.
